Moss Medical managed the reconfiguration and relocation of existing storage equipment for Securitas transitioning to a new building in San Francisco, California. Rather than purchasing an entirely new inventory, the project focused on repurposing the client’s current shelving and storage assets—reconfiguring them to fit the dimensions and workflow of the new space. Moss Medical handled the full scope: space assessment, floor plan design for the new layout, disassembly coordination, transport logistics, and reinstallation across multiple storage rooms, ensuring continuity of operations throughout the transition.
