Joel Moss, MBA, is the CEO and Founder of Moss Medical LLC and a healthcare executive with more than fifteen years of experience in the blood, plasma, and diagnostic biosupply industries. He has led the development and optimization of plasma centers, blood banks, diagnostic laboratories, and manufacturing facilities for private and publicly traded organizations.
In addition to Moss Medical, Joel serves as Director of Operations and Strategic Consultant for Med2Bio Inc., where he oversees autoimmune-focused biospecimen collection programs, and leads global sales initiatives at BioMed Supply. His expertise spans regulatory-compliant facility buildouts, donor operations, biospecimen logistics, and global diagnostics partnerships.
Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Florida State University and an MBA in Healthcare Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. His leadership approach emphasizes operational discipline, regulatory integrity, and scalable execution.
